REFUNDS POLICY, DISPATCH & DELIVERIES POLICY

We do not provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind about the product or service you have purchased. If there is a fault in the product or service provided, please return to [insert postal address] within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Return postage is at your cost and delivery costs are not refunded.

Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of order being placed. You will receive email confirmation of dispatch.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Deliveries are made through Australia Post. Please allow 10 days from the date of dispatch for delivery to Australian capital cities, and 14 days for other areas. Note that large orders may be sent through other means and we may contact you to arrange a different mode of delivery.
The cost of postage will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to finalising your order.
